Since our custom cabinets and boutique amplifiers are handcrafted to order in our North Carolina facility, lead times typically range from 4 to 6 weeks depending on current demand and component availability.
Do you ship your products internationally?
Yes, Mojotone ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items in your cart.
What is your return policy for components and parts?
Standard parts and components can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in new, uninstalled condition. Please note that custom-built items, such as loaded pickguards or custom cabinets, are generally non-returnable.
Are Mojotone pickups covered by a warranty?
Absolutely. All Mojotone pickups come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects to the original purchaser. We stand behind the quality and tone of every coil we wind.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Yes, once your order is processed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress.
