At Mojotone, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original, unused condition. Whether you received the wrong component or simply changed your mind, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.

  Pack Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging with all included documentation and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send your package via a trackable shipping service to the return address provided by our team; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned goods for original condition, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
